Apply for Innocent Children Foundation services is a 3 step process.

Fill out the form in its entirety and have your child’s mental health provider (MHP) contact Innocent Children Foundation on your behalf. Your child’s MHP will submit your application via email directly to Innocent Children Foundation Director of Programs and Services.

Make Note: It is essential that your child’s MHP make the initial contact with us. We work on direct referrals, this is the ONLY way we will work with you.

Step 3:

Innocent Children Foundation will review your application and determine if and how we will be able to assist you.

We realize the sensitivity of your issue, so we will process your application in a timely manner. However, it could take up to 30 business days to have a determination on your application.
