Volunteer Testimonals
I was an unpaid intern for Innocent Children Foundation summer 2011. It was a lot of work since we had to get everything donated and our team was on the smaller side due to the youth of the organization. But each and every call, e-mail, and pick-up was worth it. Working with Innocent Children Foundation is an intrinsically rewarding job. Everyone on the staff exudes a spirit of love, empathy, and fun. This goes double for the President, Amanda. I worked closely with her throughout my time at Innocent Children Foundation. I saw her at work, and it is no wonder why Amanda needed an intern. Innocent Children Foundation is her life. Anything she does is all for the foundation. I have never seen such a dedicated person. After herself and two of her most precious loved ones were affected by childhood sexual abuse, she took a stand. She could have stayed at her safe corporate job, but she sacrificed. Her generosity shines on everyone around her and is what her foundation is based on.
